Tour Plan

Driving time: approx. 6 hours

Your 3 days tour from Marrakech to Fes kicks off with a scenic road trip through the breathtaking Atlas Mountains. As we climb through the famous Tizi n’Tichka Pass, you’ll see small Berber villages clinging to the hillsides and wide valleys that stretch for miles.

Our first big stop is Ait Benhaddou, an ancient fortress town made of clay and stone. If it looks familiar, that’s because it's starred in movies like Gladiator and Game of Thrones! You'll have time to wander through its narrow alleys, soak in the atmosphere, and snap some epic photos.

Next, we continue towards the Dades Valley, often called the "Valley of a Thousand Kasbahs". Along the way, we’ll drive through the Rose Valley, famous for its fragrant roses and traditional distilleries. In spring, the air smells amazing! We’ll reach the Dades Gorges by late afternoon—an area full of dramatic rock formations and winding roads.

Driving time: approx. 4 hours

After breakfast, we’ll hit the road again, passing by ancient kasbahs and green valleys until we reach Todra Gorge. This natural wonder features towering red cliffs and a cool river flowing through the middle—perfect for a short walk and some photos.

Then it’s off to Merzouga, the gateway to the Sahara! Here, your camel awaits. We’ll ride into the Erg Chebbi dunes, where the desert stretches as far as the eye can see. As the sun begins to set, the sand glows in shades of orange and gold—it’s pure magic.

We’ll reach our desert camp just in time for dinner. After a hearty Moroccan meal, gather around the fire for traditional Berber music and storytelling. The sky here is unbelievably clear, so don’t forget to look up and wish upon a star or two.

Driving time: approx. 8 hours

Rise early to catch one of the best sunrises you'll ever see. Watching the sun rise over the dunes is a moment you’ll never forget. After breakfast, we’ll start our journey north.

Our first scenic stop is the Ziz Valley, known for its tall palm groves and peaceful oases. Then we’ll head through Midelt, where you can grab a delicious lunch and enjoy the cool mountain air.

Later, we’ll pass through the cedar forests of Azrou, home to friendly Barbary macaques. Feel free to snap a selfie with them—but maybe don’t feed them your snacks!

Before reaching Fes, we’ll stop in Ifrane, a unique town often called Morocco’s Switzerland. Its alpine-style houses and clean streets are a surprising contrast to the desert we just left behind.

By late afternoon, we’ll arrive in Fes, where your adventure ends. But don’t worry—you’ll leave with unforgettable memories from this amazing 3 days tour from Marrakech to Fes.
