Welcome to Morocco Joy Tours. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully, as they establish your legal rights and obligations, as well as our responsibilities.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (www.moroccojoytours.com), booking a tour, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Morocco Joy Tours offers curated travel experiences throughout Morocco, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Customized private and group tours
  • Cultural and historical excursions
  • Desert expeditions and camel trekking
  • Airport transfers
  • Accommodation arrangements

All services are subject to availability and may be modified, updated, or discontinued without prior notice.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings must be made via our official website, by email, or by direct contact with Morocco Joy Tours.
  • A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full at the commencement of the tour.
  • Morocco Joy Tours reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received within the required timeframe.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 20 days prior to the scheduled start date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 20 days of the start date, or in the case of a no-show, are non-refundable.
  • If Morocco Joy Tours cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, government regulations, or safety concerns), guests will be offered either:
    • A full refund, or
    • The option to reschedule for a later date.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are expected to:

  • Ensure possession of all required travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and permits.
  • Disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements before the tour begins.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and respect Moroccan customs, traditions, and cultural norms throughout the trip.

Morocco Joy Tours is not liable for consequences arising from a traveler’s failure to meet these responsibilities.

6. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content available on the Morocco Joy Tours website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Morocco Joy Tours and protected under copyright and trademark law.
  • No part of our content may be copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Morocco Joy Tours.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute arising in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Marrakech, Morocco.
