3. Booking and Payment

– A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid when the tour begins.

– Morocco Joy Tours reserves the right to cancel any bookings if payment is not received by the due date.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

– Cancellations made 20 days or more before the tour start date will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable fees such as bank charges.
– Cancellations made within 15-20 days will receive a 50% refund.
– No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the tour start date or for no-shows.
– If Morocco Joy Tours cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather or government regulations), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

– Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and permits.
– It is the traveler’s responsibility to inform Morocco Joy Tours of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions prior to the start of the tour.
– Travelers must comply with local laws and respect local customs and culture during the tour.
